The Shop's Story
Send it Home began in 2003 in a 230 sqft building. We did packing and shipping via UPS and FedEx and had two computers with a satellite connection for people to check their email. In those days there were no smart phones, no DSL, no Fiber. In 2007 we moved across the street to our current location. In 2008 we began carrying yarn, realizing a lifelong dream for knitter/owner Pati Taylor.
In 2009, with the help of Jane Quin from Bozeman, MT's Quilting in the Country, we began carrying fabric. Our fabric selection has grown into an amazing collection of wildlife and outdoor fabric. Visit our online store for a taste! In October of 2019, Send it Home changed ownership to Carrie Pope and became West Yellowstone Fabric & Yarn.
Stay tuned for some exciting changes coming to West Yellowstone Fabric & Yarn in 2024!
